Tabitha
Receptionist
Tabitha has been the friendly face at the front desk of Leonard Plastic Surgery since 2005. She has been in the medical field since 2002, starting out as a dental assistant where she found that she preferred working in the front office. When not at work, she enjoys time with her husband, kids, traveling and creating multi-media art pieces for local art shows.
Julie

Julie has worked in medical offices since 1988, joining Leonard Plastic Surgery in 2002. Referred to as the “Insurance Guru” in the office, she helps patients with their billing and authorization needs. Dawn
Medi Spa Director | Licensed Cosmetologist
Dawn has worked in the medical field for 24 years and has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 30. She has extensive experience in running a medi spa. She loves working with patients and having the opportunity to personalize treatment plans to fit each patients specific needs. Her daily goal is to make a difference for each patient that walks into Leonard Medi Spa every day, and to help patients find a place to come and lose themselves too, if only for a while.
