Abdominoplasty

This 37 year old patient came in for a consultation with Dr. Leonard to discuss body changes following pregnancy as well as weight gain. She elected to proceed with a full abdominoplasty, including muscle tightening, in conjunction with liposuction to her posterior flanks. Her postoperative photos were taken 7 months after surgery and demonstrate the flattering of the abdominal wall that is achieved with skin removal and muscle tightening. There is also less heaviness in the posterior flank/buttock area. She is very happy with the results.
