En Block and Mastopexy Implant Removal

After enduring BII (Breast Implant Illness) symptoms for most of the time she has had her implants, this 50-year-old came in to discuss permanent implant removal with Dr. Leonard. Her implants were 375cc saline that had been in place for 15 years. He recommended an en bloc implant removal with a reconstructive breast lift to maximize her breast volume. She returned for her final post-op appointment 6 months after surgery. She was feeling stronger and very happy and comfortable with her decision to have her implants removed.
