En Block and Mastopexy Implant Removal

This patient had implants placed because of changes after having children. Her implants were smooth, round high-profile gel implants with a volume of 533cc on the left and 492cc on the right. She chose to have an en bloc implant removal and mastopexy. Post-operative pictures were taken at her 6 month follow up and is very happy with her final result.
