En Block and Mastopexy Implant Removal

This 59-year-old patient had implants placed 20 years prior to her consultation with Dr. Leonard. Her implants were smooth, round saline with a volume of 360cc. Over the last 10 years, she developed a multitude of symptoms consistent with Breast Implant Illness (BII). She was interested in permanent implant removal using an en bloc technique and a reconstructive mastopexy. She was very pleased with her results at her 6 month follow up appointment.
