En Block and Mastopexy Implant Removal

This 65-year-old came in to consult with Dr. Leonard about permanent implant removal. After noticing a decrease in size to her right breast, a diagnostic mammogram revealed that her saline implant had ruptured. Prior to her consultation, she decided she was ready to have her implants permanently removed. She had an en bloc capsulectomy with a reconstructive breast lift. 5 months after surgery she was happy with her aesthetic result.
