Expander Implants

This woman is 58 years of age and came in for a consultation for breast reconstruction. She previously had a right mastectomy, and struggled with external prosthesis use. After consultations with both her cancer doctor and Dr. Leonard, she elected to have a mastectomy on the left side an have bilateral breast reconstruction. Final implants used were high profile, round silicone gel. The patient was quite pleased with her results and meeting her goals of reconstruction.
