Face Lift

At 78 years old, this patient came in for a consultation with Dr. Leonard for facial aging changes. In order to achieve her goals, he recommended and she underwent a composite face/neck lift, brow lift, upper and lower eyelid tightening and dermabrasion around her mouth. This resulted in improvement in the global facial appearance and of note are the significant changes to the lower eyelid, lengthening of the jaw, smoothing of the neck and very particularly the smoothing of the deep lines around her mouth. Post-operative photos were taken 7 months after surgery and she is quite happy with her results.
