Gynecomastia

This 68 year old patient experienced aging changes as well as significant weight loss with changes to the breast region. Following consultation with Dr. Leonard, he underwent breast reduction and excision of redundant tissues on the sides. Post-operative photos were taken 8 months after surgery. He is very happy with the results. He feels he can be much more active and is markedly less self-conscious.
