Liposuction

This 49 year old came in for a consultation with Dr. Leonard for weight gain in her abdomen and posterior flanks following pregnancy. She had surgery, which included abdominoplasty and liposuction of the posterior flanks. Photos were taken 7 months after surgery and show the significant reduction in fat and improved contour in her flanks with no weight loss on her part. She is quite pleased with her results and much more comfortable in her clothes.
