Breast Augmentation with Round Implants

Height: 5 ft. 2 in.│Weight: 117 lbs.

This 70 year old female, who had maintained a very fit and physical status throughout her life, came in for consultation for breast augmentation. Her goals were to have her breasts fit her body with a more natural result. During the consultation, she chose the new cohesive gel, round implants, with a moderate profile to gain a more subtle projection. Breast Augmentation surgery was done with slightly different sizes to achieve better balance after surgery. A 300cc implant was placed on the right side, and a 270cc implant on the left. She is very happy with results. Post op picture were taken 7 months after surgery.
