This patient is a 47 year old female with three children who came in for consultation with goals of obtaining breast enhancement with a full, natural look. Dimensional sizing was performed and a shaped, high profile, textured, highly cohesive silicone gel “gummy bear” impant with a volume of 425cc was selected. Her augmentation was combined with other surgeries as a “mommy makeover”. 7 months after surgery, final pictures were taken. She is delighted to feel as though she has regained her pre-childrearing body.
