Breast Augmentation with Shaped Implants

This patient is a 51 year old female who came in for a consultation to discuss breast enhancement options. She had one child, and lost breast volume. She wanted a full, enlarged breast, but a natural fit for her body. Implant sizing was performed using the innovative dimensional sizing approach, and to meet her goals, she chose a shaped, high profile “gummy bear” implant with a volume of 425cc.
