Thighplasty

This 31 year old developed excess tissue at multiple sites following a considerable weight loss and came in for a consultation with Dr. Leonard. Her priorities were her abdomen and thighs. Her surgical treatment was a circumferential abdominoplasty (which goes all the way around the body), a circumferential thighplasty and buttock lift. Post-operative photos were taken 11 months after surgery. She experienced nice tightening of all the tissues, particularly the thighs. She is really happy with her results.
