Thighplasty 

This 60 year old had a significant weight loss that resulted in excess tissue in multiple areas. She came in for a consultation with Dr. Leonard to address her abdomen and thighs. She had an abdominoplasty along with thighplasty, or thigh lift. Photos were taken 7 months following surgery. She is very happy with her results and feels much more comfortable in clothes.
